I just felt the need to comment [and be hypocritical in my own, special way] by saying that I too have gone through tough times, and this photo does remind me of an undescribable, tastless, colorless time in my life.

However, I am not one of those people who use my past as an advant excuse for my present and/or future. I also consider myself an artist. I see the true beauty of this shot. Who knows, someone in a similar situation might want to seek help because this shot's helped reality dawn on their head. Maybe an abuser will step back and look at his/her own actions, maybe not.

I like this piece, because of the insanity of their relationship, though there's no end to the stories that can be told from this one shot.

Good job. :-)
